We follow closely and take full advantage of the latest tools and technology which allows us to keep our overhead very low without compromising quality or effectiveness. The majority of our residents these days find our listings online at several of the major rental sites. Once there, applicants fill out their application, are screened for credit and criminal history, pay their deposit, pay their rent and fill out work orders----all online! We are even able to have leases signed electronically when necessary. Paper alternatives are of course still available upon request but we are finding that the majority of residents prefer the convenience of utilizing all of the online tools available to them at no extra charge. For property owners, this allows for an excellent way to track progress of a turnover, monitor rent payments and receive full accounting reports which are easily created and downloaded as PDFs.
